Keeping Your Scheduled Dental Appointments Is Vital to a Healthy Smile

Posted .

To stay on track to a healthy smile, keeping all scheduled dental appointments is vital. We know what a valuable commodity time is and work hard to make your time with us count. We do this for all of our patients!

To help ensure that your appointment unfolds smoothly, we invite you to schedule a time which doesn’t conflict with other important engagements. We strive to keep your visit on track, as well as the patients after you, and make sure to plan accordingly. Before you even arrive for your appointment, our team is busy setting up the right equipment and materials for your treatment. We also review your chart so we are ready when you arrive. We want to make sure you receive the quality care you deserve while you are with us.

We greatly appreciate your efforts to arrive on time, as it helps us to stay on track with your procedure. We encourage our patients to come in 5-10 minutes early to help avoid traffic or other potential delays. If you are a new patient, consider arriving earlier to allow for enough time to fill out your medical information and ask any questions you might have.

You may find that you can’t keep a scheduled appointment. We recognize that unplanned circumstances can interrupt your schedule. We will do everything we can to accommodate a reschedule. We urge you to contact us as soon as you know you can’t keep your appointment. We appreciate 48-hours notice to allow us to fill your spot with a patient waiting to see the dentist. This helps us make the best use of our time by serving all of our patients. Before your scheduled appointment, we reach out to you by phone, email or text to confirm your appointment. This is a good time to let us know if you can’t make your appointment.

Taking the time now to take care of your oral health will save you time, money, and headache in the future. Your smile depends on the daily care you provide now. We are here to support your efforts for a healthy, confident smile.
