The American Cancer Society estimates more than 30,000 new cases and more than 7,500 deaths associated with oral cancer this year. Alarmingly, 25% oral cancers occur in people who don’t smoke and have no other lifestyle risk factors. Because early detection is key to successful outcomes, our office has incorporated ViziLite Plus into our dental checkups annually.
