I have dreaded going to the dentist all my life, not something that I looked forward to. I have been a patient at the Family Smile Center for over 3 years now and I have never missed an appointment. The entire staff is so warm and friendly. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxed. There is never a long wait but I often wish for one so I can watch the big screen or play video games in the waiting room.

I have never had a more positive experience at the dentist as I did with Dr. Cha & staff. They really took such good care of me and ensured that I had complete comfort and no pain. I was really relieved because I was so nervous about getting crowns. It was a piece of cake with Family Smile Center! The TVs in the examining rooms are a real plus, too.

Their professionalism is obvious and reassuring; but it is the affability of everyone at the SMILE CENTER that conveys their sincere interest and concern in the well-being of their patients. I have never felt that my presence or my questions were an imposition; and I have never been treated in a patronizing manner. It does put a smile on your face to be treated not a number, but as a person. I highly recommend the SMILE CENTER to all.
